自9月底順利交付知名制漿造紙企業(yè)的首批雙相鋼塔器以來，大明重工在近日又陸續(xù)交付了西門子能源GNA II冷凝器、制漿造紙設(shè)備雙相鋼反應(yīng)器預(yù)制項目，進(jìn)一步彰顯了大明容器類產(chǎn)品的“一站式”加工制造服務(wù)優(yōu)勢，也鞏固了大明在預(yù)制出口項目上的“硬核”實力和服務(wù)決心。
西門子能源有限公司是一家業(yè)務(wù)覆蓋發(fā)電、輸電、能源工業(yè)應(yīng)用、新能源和可再生能源完整能源價值鏈的技術(shù)企業(yè)，與大明重工于2022年1月正式簽約出口巴西的大型冷凝器設(shè)備制造服務(wù)。
Siemens Energy is a technology enterprise with business covering the complete energy value chain of power generation, transmission, energy industrial applications, new energy and renewable energy. In Jan. 2022, Siemens signed an official contract with Da Ming Heavy Industry to export large-scale condenser equipment manufacturing services to Brazil.
該套設(shè)備總重688噸，是目前西門子能源在中國制造的最大冷凝器之一，其核心部件采用了方形管板，內(nèi)含5萬多根鈦材換熱管，其中管子管板的焊接要求非常嚴(yán)格。
With a total weight of 688 tons, this set of equipment is one of the largest condensers manufactured by Siemens Energy in China. Its core components are square tube plates containing more than 50,000 titanium heat exchange tubes.

該客戶為國際知名造紙企業(yè)，首批交付的兩批產(chǎn)品為雙相鋼反應(yīng)器和塔器預(yù)制項目。依托豐富的材料資源、一流生產(chǎn)設(shè)備等優(yōu)勢，大明重工順利完成了從原材料、切割下料、刨邊、圈圓成型、壓制、預(yù)制、包裝，再到發(fā)貨的多道服務(wù)工序。
The first two batches of products delivered by Daming to internationally renowned paper-making industry enterprise are duplex steel reactors and the prefabrication projects of tower. 兩批預(yù)制項目采取分段預(yù)制的方式，在制造過程中需要嚴(yán)格控制設(shè)備組件的尺寸，以確保設(shè)備到達(dá)巴西現(xiàn)場后能順利組裝成整體設(shè)備。為確保高質(zhì)量交付，大明重工各部門多方協(xié)調(diào)溝通、緊密配合，技術(shù)、工藝、生產(chǎn)、質(zhì)量等各小組同心協(xié)力克服技術(shù)難題。
The two-batch projects adopted the segmented prefabrication method. During the manufacturing process, the size of equipment components needs to be strictly controlled to ensure that the equipment can be successfully assembled after arriving at the site in Brazil.
